was founded in 1968 in Kuaishan Industrial Park as a DTY manufacturer
and has laid solid foundation on synthetic fibers after various
expansions and diversifications with the unitystrength
of all colleagues over the last 3decades or so. In order to expand
room for operations in the increasingly competitive environment,
the enterprise has devoted to the pursuit of higher quality and
steady growth.
Expands business line from textile to false
twist.
1990:
Expands scale of operations by purchasing the
second factory.
1991:
Changes company name to Tri Ocean Textile Co.,
Ltd. by law.
1995:
Diversifies product lineups to satisfy market
demands by purchasing new jet looms.
1997:
Receives approval for going public from the
SFC.
Expands product portfolio to spandex conjugate fibers in April.
Passes ISO9001 quality certification in June.
1998:
Applies for OTC operation.
1999:
Becomes an OTC listed company.
2000:
Engages in Fine denier PP filament production
after purchasing SDY equipments; and becomes a TSC listed
company in November.
2001:
Successfully develops function of PP filament
yarn.
2003:
Win an award of Industrial Sustainable Excellence form Ministry
of Economic Affairs of Taiwan.
